Is this true, permanent redaction or just a black rectangle?

Our redaction engine writes opaque, high-density vector fills directly into the document's graphical content stream. When applied, underlying text and visual data within the redacted boundaries cannot be selected, highlighted, or read.

What is the difference between blackout and whiteout redaction?

Blackout draws high-contrast solid pitch-black rectangles (the legal and government standard), signaling to readers that confidential text was removed. Whiteout fills the area with clean white space matching page paper for clean re-printing.

What legal exemption codes can I use?
